Grant Siggins
Grant grew up amongst the farm fields of southeastern Michigan where he learned the value of a hard day’s work. He graduated from Ferris State University (Big Rapids, MI) in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and an Associate’s degree in Architectural Technology. The first six years of his career in construction were as a project manager and estimator for a general contractor in Bay City, Michigan. While there he managed projects for colleges, schools, hotels, financial institutions, churches, industrial factories, and municipal buildings. While gathering valuable experience on projects of varying sizes, he also found the time to earn his Master’s of Business Administration from Northwood University (Midland, MI) in April 2009, and gain LEED Green Associate accreditation in March 2010. He has also been certified as an Associate Constructor with the American Institute of Constructors.
In the summer of 2010 Grant relocated to Durango and began the transition into the residential construction arena. Grant’s quick success in the residential market can be attributed to his caring and attentive personality, and the ability to make a house a home. With a passion for continual improvement and a track record for providing the best possible solutions for his clients, he is gaining well deserved recognition and growth in the Durango area.
Grant enjoys mountain biking, playing hockey, and bowhunting in the mountains surrounding Durango. He has volunteered on the committee for the Durango Area Parade of Homes, the membership committee for the Pope & Young Club, and was previously a board member for the Home Builder’s Association of Southwest Colorado. Grant is also the Southwest Regional Director for the Colorado Bowhunter’s Association.
